台湾宜兰冬山车站具有50多年的历史,设计目标以生态为准则,强调“机能、简约”,避免太多装饰性的空间的设计,并配合冬山森林公园景观之开发,大跨度膜结构照型既强调内部空间再利用,又使外部空间得以保存,改建后的冬山车站蜕变成具有地方特色及崭新服务功能的现代化休闲观光车站。
我司从事膜结构工程,ETFE膜,PTFE膜,PVDF膜,张拉膜施工,膜结构安装已经有20多年,汇聚了多年的设计、施工经验。
PTFE建筑膜材加二氧化钛(TiO2)后结果会如何?
以玻璃丝纤维布为基材,涂覆聚四氟乙烯涂层的建筑膜材料,最早的案例、而且还在使用的是美国拉文大学的PTFE伞形屋面,建于1973年。
随着全球化工工业的发展,日益追求环境保护,大量的新技术运用到建筑膜结构上面,近几年在优质的PTFE膜材料的基础上,开发了二氧化钛(TiO2)光触媒PTFE建筑膜材。
太阳紫外线照射二氧化钛(TiO2)光触媒,会产生化学反应,能够将集聚在建筑膜表面的有机物,分解为水和二氧化碳。目前使用的PTFE膜材,已经是非常优质的稳定,且惰性,我们2003年建好的澳门氹仔奥林匹克运动场,现在还在使用,理论上该PTFE建筑膜应该可以使用50年。
二氧化钛(TiO2)光触媒在阳光下产生化学反应,实际就是一台空气净化器,1千平方米的二氧化钛PTFE膜结构建筑面积,相当于100棵白杨树的净化能力。
如果说传统的PTFE建筑膜材,是一座稳定,透光隔热的永久性建筑屋面;那么施加二氧化钛(TiO2)光触媒,就是在张拉膜建筑的屋面上植树,使二氧化钛光触媒,净化空气,分解有机物。
二氧化钛(TiO2)PTFE建筑膜材,已经陆续在项目中使用,所有参数也是在测试数据样板中,是否按照实验室测试数据,达到这个要求,拭目以待。
若真如测试数据所述,二氧化钛(TiO2)PTFE建筑膜材作为屋面建筑材料,实在是地球之福!
